Statement of Significance
Historic - one of the many bush schools that operated within the Shire of Gnowangerup.
Social - used as a meeting place for surrounding landowners.
Physical Description
The 1st room was made from clay bricks, later building of timber
and canvas.
History
The Glemisla school was opened on 30th October, 1911 with Ruby Bourke as their teacher. This school was closed in 1935 due to insufficient numbers.
