Another example of "Boom time" architecture, displaying the new Federation style of less ornament. (compare with neighbouring building No 86 - 87,w which was built two years before) Essential to maintain the character and scale of Fremantle. An important component of the West End.
Two storey stucco commercial building with 'restrained' ornamentation - a raised pediment, balustrade parapet horizontal shadow lines and arched windows.
