A simple and elegant competently executed late 20th century Perth Regional Style house with a strong ?
Mediterranean influence.
A modest L shaped enclosed courtyard house made of painted brickwork with a low pitched clay tiled
roof with simple tiled verges and parapet caps. It features small windows and an arched canopied entry
with iron grilles leading into a small entry courtyard. It has the Mediterranean influence that found favour
from the late 1960s onwards to become a typical Late Twentieth Century Perth Regional Style.
