Bryah Station shearing shed is significant as an example of prefabrication and innovation in the remote pastoral area.

History

The shearing shed at Bryah Station is a prefabricated building designed by Stewart & Lloyds of Scotland and erected in 1927 at a cost of £3,000. It has 8-stands and quarters for 20 men. In the year 2000 it was described as being in good condition apart from termite damage to the timbers and there were huge termite mounds in the pens.
