Single-storey brick and tile house c.1930. Main roof extends over verandah with fretwork. Timber awning over double hung sash windows.
Land owned by Douglas Jones and house built by him in 1930s. Subsequently owned by Mr George Lloyd who was a returned serviceman working at the railway workshops.
