Statement of Significance
Represents the settlement of the Swan Valley; the period around the late 19th century and early 1900s.
Physical Description
Timber framed housed with jarrah weatherboard cladding and French doors opening onto the verandah on three sides with fanlights over. Doors and openings original. Steeply pitched hipped roof with gables and two corbelled brick chimneys. Verandahs all round. Original corrugated iron roof replaced with zincalume. Original timber verandah replaced with concrete and brick. Small extension to rear. Heavily wooded setting.
