This is one of the earlier homes in the district. The marble entrance tiling is both unusual and attractive.
Limestone and red brick house with corrugated metal roof. Bullnosed verandah to front and west with masonry walls and timber posts. Front verandah floor s marble and decorated with the name "Lemonville". Current condition is poor, but the house is undergoing renovations and extensions which will probably raise it to a very good condition. Extensions to the rear are limestone walled and timber floored. Streetscape contains variety of houses and small blocks of flats.
Extensions to west side and replacement of verandah posts with wall and pillars, date unknown. Extensions to rear, 1997.
Poor, but improving
