Statement of Significance

The hotel iso ne of the few left in Fremantle with the verandahs intact. It has been classified for its contribution to the townscape and its architectural interest.

Physical Description

Two storey residential hotel with original verandahs made of wood. The corner tower, a balustrade parapet and a dentil cornice. The building also has interesting internal feature such as stained glass.
