Statement of Significance
A rare example in Cottesloe of a mannered neo-Georgian styled house.
Physical Description
This 1970 dwelling takes on a neo-Georgian styling that was promoted by the Homes and Living type of
magazine and has an American flavour. It is a simple rectangular plan-form home, typical of the 1960s
with applied decorative features.The walls are painted white bnck. The simple gabled roof has an
intersecting gabled roof over a protruding windowed bay and features a small louvred bellcote effect
over the garage. The large low west gable is penetrated by a circular louvred vent. The windows are side
hung small paned casement with timber shutters. A concrete tiled roof and decorated tilta-door to
garage.
