Statement of Significance

The building is historically of importance through its former use as an infant and girls school from 1877.

Physical Description

Long stone school building with sone walls around property and a two storeyed stone & brick building terminating Henderson St. The building is constructed of stone and has a steeply pitched roof. It features twin gables and a central entrance porch. The facade shows a minimal amount of stucco detailing, particularly around the ridge of the roof.
