Aesthetic Value: The building remains mostly in it's original condition and makes a significant contribution to the streetscape. Historic Value: Constructed in the midst of the gold boom, the building is closely associated with the development of the Roman Catholic Church in the Eastern Goldields.
A single storey timber framed and asbestos cement and corrugated iron clad with a gabled roof and verandah.
