Statement of Significance

The building's character and scale are of importance to the streetscape and it is an important component of Fremantle's West End.

Physical Description

Tow storeyed commercial building constructed of brick and stone. It features raised stuccoed pediments, a balustrade parapet, decorative cornice and some horizontal shadow line. The ground floor has been refitted.
