Physical Description

House, 112 Hampton Road is a single storey brick and tile house constructed in the Federation Bungalow style of Architecture. The walls are rendered. The roof is hipped and gabled and clad with tiles. The verandah is under a continuous tiled roof at a different pitch and is supported by cement pillars on a rendered masonry half wall balustrade. The asymmetrical front façade has a protruding front room under the gable roof end with timber framed windows. There is no awning. The facade under the verandah roof has a door with top light and another set of timber framed windows. The house is situated above street level on limestone foundations, with concrete steps leading up to the verandah. There is a low rendered and painted brick wall to the front boundary line.
