Architecturally very simple: effective and attractive use of local available materials. Built by the Dempster brothers, the pioneers of the area, it is the first building in Esperance and is therefore unique.
Stone walls and iron roof
Built approx 1864 Architect/builder not known. Built under the direction of the Dempster Brothers, presumably by their workmen. Original building of the first Esperance settlement.
