House, 141 Marmion Street is a single storey brick and tile house constructed in the Federation Bungalow style of Architecture. The walls are rendered brick. The roof is hipped and gabled and clad with tiles, and has exposed rafters and terracotta finials. There is a rendered corbelled chimney evident with two chimney pots. The porch is under the main roof with the central gable over, and is supported by rendered piers. The porch has a main door and timber framed casement windows. There is another set of timber framed casement windows to the other side of the porch, with a red brick sill. The house is situated above street level with concrete steps leading up to the porch. There is a steel tube and cyclone wire fence to the front boundary line.
