Physical Description

Located on the south side of Holland Street, the single-storey residence is constructed of red brick set on a limestone plinth, with a terracotta tile roof. The exterior of the building incorporates little detail, apart from a simple pattern in the brickwork below the front gable apex. Internally, the building comprises two bedrooms, bathroom, lounge, kitchen, laundry, WC and an office and dining area in a rear fibre cement clad extension. Some original features remain, including the lounge fireplace, timber flooring and cornice details.
