Statement of Significance

The facade is a critical element in the Victorian streetscape of Cliff St and the west end of Fremantle. This facade continues the same two storied building form on the pavement line as the adjoining Classified facade nos 34 - 42 Cliff St.

Physical Description

Two storied limestone and brick facade with stucco ornamentation. A commercial building constructed in 1895 in the Victorian Classical Revival style.
