Statement of Significance
One of the few surviving examples in the Bayley St precinct of the characteristic building type and use of materials demonstrating the mixture of business premises and housing in Bayley St around 1900.
History
Assessment 1976:
Integrity/Authenticity
Brick and stucco business premises, with ornamented parapet, and associated timber framed house, clad in CGI. The house replaced an earlier butchers' shop. In good repair and close to original character.
