Statement of Significance
An original farmhouse if simple but significant architectural character built by David Brand, one of the first tenant farmers to settle at the Irwin River on 100 acre lots.
Physical Description
A simple building with stone walls and pitched corrugated iron roof, the farmhouse is now in a deteriorated condition.
