Physical Description

The original building (1938) is described as a timber framed single storey building, with a stucco façade and a tiled roof. The place comprises 2-two bedroom self-contained flats with a kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and toilet/laundry. Original internal features include ceiling roses, cornices and kitchen fireplaces. Modifications to the building include weatherboard clad sheeting to the centre of the front verandah to create a third flat, and bathroom additions. The 1938 building is located on a large un-landscaped block, with the 1960s units located on an adjacent block
