It is an important part of the character of Fremantle and in the tradition of renaissance Europen Civic Design.
Theatre - with proscenium arch, polished wooden ceiling with painted frieze. Fine mezzanine, cast iron balcony. Stone walls to building with arched brick surrounded windows. Stuccoed facade, Corinthian columns.
