Shamrock Hotel, Northam is, overall, in fair condition. The operational areas, including the bars, dining room, kitchen, function room and the first floor accommodation rooms are in good condition. However, the rear service areas at ground and first floor levels are in poor to fair condition with weathered timbers and deteriorated fabric. The outbuildings are generally in fair condition.
