Condition

Kensington Hospital (fmr) is in fair to good condition as a result of continued occupancy, maintenance and care. There are no particular issues of concern. The sleep-out and other section of the former dwelling at the rear between the dwelling and the 1938 masonry addition are constructed of fibrous cement panels that are likely to contain asbestos.
