Statement of Significance

This building has been classified for its social and historic contribution to Fremantle and also for its architectural and streetscape reasons.

Physical Description

Sound but shabby, the whole building has been converted commercial use and the auditorium area is a panel beaters shop. a two storey stucco commercial building (formerly a theatre) with a truncated corner, a balustrade parapet, pilasters with Corinthian capitals and arched windows.
